Methods of Payment
Currently we are accepting the following forms of payment: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Checkout, Net 30 Open Accounts,
and UPS Cash on Delivery (COD).
If you would like to apply for Net 30 terms, you can either:

Order Fulfillment
More than 98% of the items offered in the Fastener SuperStore are available immediately from stock. If an item
that you have ordered is not available you will be notified by e-mail and given the option of canceling the
order or waiting for stock to become available. If you elect to cancel your order and have already made payment,
you will be given a full refund via the payment method you used.
Orders placed and completed by 3:00pm CT will be shipped the same day (assumming immediate delivery as been
requested). Parts will ship from warehouses in CA, IL & NJ. We will always try to consolidate shipments
and ship from the closest stocking warehouse. Not all parts are stocked in all warehouses.
Unless otherwise designated, all Fastener SuperStore orders ship via UPS Ground with an FOB Point of
our warehouses.
Returns
In cases where Fastener SuperStore, Inc. is at fault, any customer can return parts for full credit, including all
outbound freight and UPS Ground freight back to our warehouse.
In cases where the customer has ordered the incorrect part, mis-ordered etc.:
Full credit for the cost of the parts (no freight) will be given if:
Parts are returned within 30 days of Fastener SuperStore ship date
Parts are unused, complete and in the original packaging
The correct part is re-ordered from Fastener SuperStore
The Fastener SuperStore issued Return Authorization Number is referenced
Parts are returned to the correct warehouse (as instructed in return e-mail)
If parts are being returned properly, but without a reorder, a 10% restock charge will apply.
Returns after 30 days and/or parts are not in original packaging will be will be handled on a case by case basis and, if
a return is allowed, restocking charges between 15% and 50% will apply.
Parts purchased by Fastener Resellers can only be returned within 30 days of Fastener SuperStore shipment, and will
automatically carry a minimum restocking charge of 25%.

Absolutely no returns are accepted without a Fastener SuperStore Return Authorization Number.
Liability
Claims against the Fastener SuperStore shall be limited to a refund or credit for the price billed or paid for
improper merchandise. Seller shall not be responsible for buyer's manufacturing costs, labor, alternate
purchases, extra freight, plating or replating, lost profit, goodwill, recall costs or any other
incidental or consquential damages.
