Where is Fastener SuperStore located? Is there a Fastener SuperStore in my city?

Fastener SuperStore is an internet based retailer. We don't have store front locations. This allows us to keep costs down while providing our products to anyone/anywhere.

Our main office is in Downers Grove, IL. We also have offices in Camarillo, CA, and shipping locations across the USA.

Think of us as your own personal fastener warehouse.

Can I get a sample of a part I'm considering?

Due to overwhelming demand for samples, we can not supply samples of most items to new customers. All of our parts are described in detail on the Spec Sheets found on each item's page. If you have any questions about the items you are ordering, please call us at (866) 688-2500, toll-free, to get any additional information you need. We also have a very fair return policy.

If a part is not listed on the Fastener SuperStore web site, are you able to find it?

We have access to many manufacturers, vendors and distributors. If you need a part that you can't find on our website, simply email or call us, and we will see if we can provide that part to you.

Does Fastener SuperStore sell in quantities smaller than the carton quantities listed on you site?

We sell in the bulk quantities noted for each item on the product page. In some cases, we may have broken cases which can be sold for the same "per piece" price. We can check for this stock if you request it via phone call or email.

Does Fastener SuperStore offer quotes for larger orders?

Discounted pricing is available and noted for all of our items at three and five carton quantities. If you are ordering more than six cartons of any single item, and would like to get a price quote, please call us at (866) 688-2500, or email us at sales@fastenersuperstore.com

Does Fastener SuperStore accept blanket orders?

Blanket orders are a great way to lock in today's price for up to 12 months and we're happy to set them up to fulfill your ongoing fastener needs. Let us know the frequency and quantities of the products you use on a regular basis and we can arrange to ship and bill these items at the intervals you choose.

I registered previously. How can I access/update my registration information?

If you have previously registered at FastenerSuperstore.com but can't remember your login information, you can acquire it by going here.

Once logged in, you will also have access to previously purchased or viewed items. Also, once logged in, you can update your contact information by clicking on the "Manage Account" link at the top of the page.

What do you do with the personal information that is entered on your site?

The registration information that is captured when you register on-line or over the phone is kept confidential, and is not sold or disseminated to any other businesses. We do not share or sell our customer information. Periodic emails may be sent to registered customers if they approve that option when enrolling. All of our emails include information about how to unsubscribe.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary on the weight and destination of your order. We primarily ship via UPS Ground, allowing us to keep your costs down. If you need your products faster, we have many options, including UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, and Courier services available to help us find the right solution for you.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

This will vary depending upon where we are shipping the product from and to. The majority of our shipments arrive in 1-4 days. As noted above, if you need something to arrive sooner, we have many options available to ensure a quicker delivery time. We ship daily from New Jersey, Chicago and Los Angeles.

How late can I order a part and have it ship the same day?

Generally, any order placed by 4:30 pm in your time zone can be shipped on the same day, depending upon the closest location in which we have available stock.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation along with the tracking number for the package(s). If you have any difficulty tracking the package, please call us at (866) 688-2500 and we will look into the issue.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Currently, international orders can not be placed online and must be called or emailed in. We're happy to ship anywhere that is serviced by UPS or Fed-Ex, as long as the order meets a $250.00 minimum. Shipping via your UPS or Fed-Ex account is the best option, although we can provide a quote for shipping if that is not an option. Orders (including shipping if applicable) must be paid in advance with a credit card. Customer is responsible for all taxes and duty. The majority of international orders ship from our Illinois facility and, in most cases, will ship within 1-2 days after the order is placed.

Will you ship on my UPS account?

We can ship most orders on your UPS account.
