These #6 x 3" Drywall Screws feature a Bugle Head with a Phillips Drive and are made from Steel. Drywall Screws are designed for fastening drywall to wood or metal framing. They feature a Phosphate Finish, Black or Gray in color, which offers moderate corrosion protection and improved paint adhesion and is commonly used as a base coat in manufacturing applications. A Bugle Head features a smoothly curved countersinking profile that helps reduce material tearing and is commonly used in drywall and wood fastening. A Phillips Drive features a cross-shaped recess designed for efficient installation with standard Phillips Drivers and power tools. These screws have Fine Thread and a Self-Drilling point that will drill through metal studs up to 14 gage thick.
